    No, not trying to sponsor anything. I just took the time to read your questionairre and am thinking the Lenovo is a better system. If you are set on HP maybe you should post in the HP HDX18 forum --there are lots of helpful and enthusiastic HDX owners over there.

    Whether or not the system supports Adobe is going to be OS based, no hardware. That being said, Adobe anything should run fine.

    but the HDX 18 is overpriced... and has medium performance... for the price you pay , you can easily get a much better MSI laptop like the GT 729 which has basically a 17 inch screen and an excellent ATI 4850 graphics card which can own the GT 130M in the HDX 18... even the sager laptops are good so if i were you stay away from hp... i'm nver buying hp again and not to mention their laptops have a lot of heat issues just like mine...
