    Hi all,
    i have HP Probook 450 G2 i5 5200u, 8GB ram, 15.6'' FHD 1920x1080 anti glare display with TN matrix.
Screen model is AUO35ED (the same screen as tested here http://www.notebookcheck.net/HP-EliteBook-755-G2-J0X38AW-Notebook-Review.126452.0.html).

I would like to upgrade the current FHD TN screen to an 15.6'' IPS 1920x1080 screen or at least to 1920x1080 TN screen with DECENT viewing angles.
For example on my other notebook Asus 17.3'' is AUO B173HW02 V1 display which is miles ahead compared to HP Probook 15.6'' FHD AUO35ED screen.

Do you know any screens that can be fitted in Probook 450 G2?

May be a bit difficult to do. Unless there is an EliteBook with a similar screen to yours offering one.

I found out that these models of HP have IPS screens, maybe one of those could fit in Probook 450 G2?
    - HP Zbook 15.6" diagonal LED FHD UWVA IPS eDP anti-glare + PSR (1920 x 1080) display - screen model Samsung SDC5344, IPS LED
    - HP Probook 650 G1 15.6'' Samsung 156HL01-102 (SDC324C) 30pin connector

    - HP Elitebook 850 offers WVA/IPS display (unknown model)
    - AU Optronics B156HAN01.2 (AUO12ED), IPS 15.6'' (just an option)

Any of these could be fitted? (i dont know the connector size on Probook 450 G2)

Go to panelook.com and compare you current screen data sheet with intended replacement, especially connector (eDP 2 lanes ?) and on which side is it. Another way would be to call people who sell laptop screens directly and ask, however make sure to be very clear you want exact particular screen (lets say Samsung PLS 156HL01-102 if it fits), not compatible screen, otherwise they'll send you some inexpensive garbage, not much better than what you have now.

this is exactly the same screen I got to replace TN screen on my MSI Apache.
And in this case Samsung 156HL01 should also fit, if I remember correctly.

Yes, Samsung 156HL01-02 also fits. AUO screen is hard to find these days (many sellers offer just compatible screen, not exact part number). Still havent found verified seller with exact screen number within Europe region.
How long is AUO screen working on your MSI? any issues?

Originally I wanted Samsung screen, which is more expensive but also supposedly better, but I couldn't find it anywhere, so I got AUO. I have it for about 6-8 months and I'm very happy with it. Very good color, no hot spots etc. No regrets Samsung wasn't available. It's not a Dreamcolor pro, but good enough for me and so much better than original TN screen.
