Hi all just trying to get some info as to the possible upgrades that are available for my laptop.
as of right now is stock.
    T5750 2.0GHz cpu 667MhZ fsb(Socket P=?)
4 GB ram (understood this is the max)
    320 GB hd TOSHIBA MK3252GSX
    8600m GS 512MB
    17" WXGA+ High-Definition BrightView 1440x900 (single lamp)
LightScribe Super Multi 8X DVD+/- R/RW with Double Layer Support
    vista home premium 64bit
    ..
from what i have read doing research this setup is a configured version of the dv9700t
which has the capabilities of a 8100,T8300,T9300 AND T9500 cpu's all 800Mhz fsb are these possible

the hard drive is a SATA 1.5gb/s 5400 rpm
    can i upgrade to a 3Gb's ver.

also the video had an option on dv9700t for the less 8400m GS 256MB so can i upgrade it to a more faster video

I'm pretty sure i can upgrade the LCD to a 1900x1200 via this info

is the Blu-Ray ROM with SuperMulti DVD+/-R/RW Double Layer worth the upgrade i do heavy downloading to archiving but watch movies as well.
if anyone knows of a slimeline Blu-Ray dual layer burner that would be great as well

any help with feedback or link info i would greatly appreciate
