Hi there !!! I just wanna ask for some comments from anyone about hard disks.
Lately i have been planning to buy a 1 TB external hard disk and I was wondering whether that the hard disk will have a bigger chance of having errors when writing data as a result of its size ??? Thanks in advance

I wouldn't worry about it.

I wouldn't think so,as a bigger disk just has more platters, and higher density platters. I would assume this would have little impact on reliability, (though anyone feel free to disagree)

NO! generally they add more space by adding more platter. or higher density platter. just like jisaac says.
dont worry about it. -
Alright then ... thanks guys !!!! =D

1 TB 7200 RPM drive?
That`s gonna be one fast drive right there... -
Reliability is just about the same as with other drives. When you factor in different conditions like environment, temperature, operating conditions and such then the varibles changes.
Worst case scenario is with every 1TB of data stored there is always 1TB of data you will lose in case the drive fails. It's always wise to have a backup of a backup especially when you have very important files on the drive.
