Hello there! Thank you for your attention, i'm new to this forum and face a problem with my vaio vgn-p530h, presume hardisk is broken due to noise. Would like to perform replacement with a bigger capacity drive, but find no refference on what to buy. Also, i someone can tell me how to increase memory, would gladly accept suggestions!

You need to get a 1.8" PATA/ZIF drive. They are unfortunately pretty expensive for what you are getting, but they are also fairly plentiful on eBay, etc. I don't think you can upgrade the RAM in a P-Series.
