    Hard drive connection problem, Please help

    My son got a WD 3200BEKT for his HP Pavillion DV6500 and took the old toshiba drive out but the connectors don't line up for the WD drive!!! Anybody seen this before or have any ideas?

    He didn't take the pin connector block of the old drive.

    Are the WD drive pins matching up with the old Toshiba drive?

    What is the Toshiba drive model?

    Thanks. After I got pictures from him I realized he hadn't removed the pin block from the old toshiba drive and that's why it wasn't working. All better now. Thanks to everybody for the help.!!!!
