    Hard drive rebate

    Howdy,

    I plan to purchase two 2TB hard drives, each with a $10 off rebate from Newegg. I was wondering how do I go about filling out the rebate. Do I fill out two forms and mail them in two separate envelopes? Or do I fill out one form and then attach both the UPC symbols to one mailer? I haven't done this before and don't want to make any mistakes so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The rebate form can be seen here:
