    Hard drive swap on HP DV8000 series?

    *UPDATED*!!!! I ended up with a DV9318ca.... does the same apply???? I have changed my posting below....
    I have a HP DV8113 and bought a DV9318.....

    The 8113 has: 5400RPM Hard Drive Dual HDD 80GB x 2
    The 9318 has: 5400RPM Hard Drive Go SATA

    Can I swap these? I can't seem to be able to find the difference (if there is one) between them. Is any or most of the hardware compatable? It looks like already that the ram isn't (DDR & DDR2).

    I shouldn't have got the 9000 series! ARGH!

    Yep you can swap them. You should be able to use any 2.5" SATA drive for that matter.
