    it is easy...

    the exact steps are dependent on which model/year of macbook Pro you have.

    basically though... clone your current drive to the new one... shutdown the MBP... remove back cover of MBP... remove battery (if possible)... unscrew old hdd... replace with new... replace rear panel... reboot.

    keep the old drive for backups, or put it in a PS3, or use it as a 2nd internal drive... or give it to a friend in need :)
