I have 2 XP (English-Danish) at my labtop and now none of them working! When i start the pc,it is asking me which one i should choose, but both of them are not opening!

It is starting ok but before desktop shows up,a blue screen coming up (about 1 second) and then pc restart!I tried safety mode, last working configration but nothing is happening!I tried to format&lnstall new XP but before these, pc restart again! So i cant do anything right now...

What can i do with this hdd now?Should i connect it to other labtop&format or save my files (if i can,how can i do it?i know how to do it at ordinary pc but not at labtop) or any other suggestions?

PS:I want to save my files but if there is no way to do it ,then i would like to format my hdd!

You could consider buying a cable to allow you to connect the drive to your USB port and retrieve the data. I have had one for a while now and couldn't live without it.

One of these two... Depending on your drive type. Whether it is SATA or not.

These may not be the best prices around, but those are the type of thing to look for.

You will want to pick this one up from Vantec. It can support any 2.5" or 3.5" harddrive and its all in one package.

With this kind of device you will be able to transfer the data from your harddrive onto your desktop. Than once you have all of your files backed up, you can format the laptop harddrive.

Wow that's a nice one K-Tron. I haven't seen one that supports all three connections! Looks like it's time for me to upgrade! Nice price too.
