If you have a ATi graphics card you can use ATiTool to monitor your graphics card temperatures.
If you have an nVidia graphics card you can use rivatuner.

To monitor processor temperature you can use coretemp

for harddrive temperatures you can use hdtune.

For programs which read all of the temperatures, try everst, and hwmonitor.

You can download all of these for free.
You can uses cpuid's website or guruof3d to download all of the software
