    It can take 6GB's for sure, even C2D. If it has 1333MHz memory, its probably downclocking to 1066MHz. The link I posted is from Intel, so I'm sure its correct.

    Yep if 1333mhz RAM is used it will downclock to 1066.

    one info, but i can install 3 ddr3 so dimm 1066/1333 and the sistem boot or fail up i7 620m?

    It should POST. If it doesn't post your RAM could be defective. Higher clocked RAM will downclock itself automatically on new machines.
