    Help! Keys are sticking!

    Hey guys, I have a rather irritating problem. Occasionally, when I'm playing FPSes, (HL2 and CS 1.6) occasionally the keys will stick in one direction. It's incredibly annoying because I have to be precise or be silent/walk and randomly I'll just veer off in one direction until I press the direction key (I use WSAD) of the direction i'm going in. For example, I'll get stuck going left and won't get unstuck until I hit A.

    I am using an HP dv8000 and a deathadder mouse but the problem was here before I got the mouse; the graphics card is a geforce go 7400.

    The only time I've had that problem is when I hold down a key as the new round starts. Is that when it happens to you, or is just random during game play?

    does it happen in game or does it happen when ur typing a word document

    does it happen in any other games?

    It only happens in-game I'm thinking it may be specific to FPSs; the only other game I have there is Starcraft/Broodwars and it hasn't stuck when I'm playing that. Err...actually I also have Warsow and Urbanterror; it happens then too when I hit a bunch of buttons.

    I think they keyboard may just lockup after a certain number of simultaneous inputs; this kinda sucks if you're playing a Quake III/UT type of game where trickjumping requires a lot of input. Oh well :/
