Yeah so I switched my Samsung Laptop on today. Had it for a few months, its never been dropped though i may have slammed the screen down a bit to hard sometimes! I was browsing then I moved the screen back a little and suddenly the screen when crazy! All lines started to appear, blue lines would outline videos as they moved etc.. It would all fuzz in parts, but when i move it forward everything is fine! Can someone tell me whats wrong so I can sort it ! Any loose wires etc..
    Thanks in advance !

bad connection to the monitor from the motherboard, either damaged wires or just a loose connector.

Exactly right. Download the repair manual for your laptop. In my experience, 90% of the time when this happens (screen artifacts only when moved) the cable isnt bad, just disconnected.

The difficulty of reseating the cable varies widely notebook to notebook. If you study the manual you should be able to pull it off though. Just dont lose any screws...lol
