Hi guys i can't figure out what is this all about.in this two models ram one ram have missing one column.and which ram is fast.![]()

It' might be missing the column because the Kingston stick is simply not capable of running at the higher latency of 5.0 like the Elpida stick. I wouldn't worry about because you wouldn't want it run at a higher latency anyway. Higher latency = slower speed. The higher the latency the longer it takes for the CPU to receive data.
