Hello all!
I have a seemingly easy question to answer yet i cannot find the answer to this question. Well my setup is a Dell Inspiron 6000 (2005 model) and I've read i have a PC Card slot I/II. (i don't know if thats true) Anywho i was wondering what expansions i have and if the PC I/II allows me to upgrade to a new graphics card for the up and coming game Pirates of the Burning Sea.
If you could please tell me what possibilities i have for obtaining a better memory card or the most efficient way for me to run the game.
Here are the specs...
Windows Sytem XP/Vista
1.5 GHz or AMD Athlon 1.5 GHz
512 MB or more of RAM
128 MB 3D video card supporting Pixelshader 2.0
Broadband connection
Thank you for your help, and also thank for all the help.

you cannot upgrade your gpu unless this is one of the ones that had multiple cards to choose from at dell (if you have integrated, you cannot upgrade at all).
and certainly not through a pcmcia card. there are some supposed external gpus that you can plug in through your express card slot, but the pcmcia is too slow to handle any sort of external gpu. -
Awwww :'( Shucks. Thank you for the help, now i know not to waste my money. Poo i really wanted a new graphics card too...

^^ that pretty much sums it up.
Dell back then didn't allow for their laptops to have graphics cards that you could upgrade. and still these days the majority of laptop graphics cards can't be upgraded.
ps your title got my attention -
tehe thanks. I wish i had a better computer :'(

it could be debateable. look at what squish says for the processor, and the very formal way that the rest of the post was written.

Very very suspicious.......the bubblely beginning...then very very formal.....

You should be ashamed. -
This thread has gone too far and the issue is answered.
