I'm looking for a socket p notebook to take apart and put some old parts in for a distributed computing project.
Anyone want to throw out some brand models they know to be socket p?
To start:
asus g1s
-
Be aware that some early models of notebooks came with socket M (napa) and later on refreshed with socket P (santa rosa)
-
I thought the G1 was socket M and it switched to socket p for G1S?
-
Yes for asus, but other notebook brands might be different.
If you want a list, most of the current notebooks in the market today is socket P, which is a long list -
Toshiba X205-S9349 is Socket P...........and I believe all of the X205 series to date are as well but I'm not 100% sure.
-
there are thousands of notebook with socket P
Help creating list socket P notebooks!
