    Greetings!

My Dell n7010 has an unused spot on the daughterboard that looks like it was made for an option that wasn't put on and I was curious what it was for. It's a rectangular area marked off that is 2.5mmx2mm with 6 solder pads.

    Any thoughts appreciated!

Judging by the marking "JSIM1" and comparing it to this Dell M6500 daughterboard on ebay that has a SIM slot with a similar marking, I'd guess it's for a SIM card slot..
