I'm totally stuck. I bought an ATI Digital Cable tuner for my Toshiba Qosmio G45 AV680. This is a USB cablecard TV tuner included in the Qosmio AV690.

The problem is when I try to set up the tuner, Media Center reports that my computer is not Digital Cable compatable?

this is EXACTLY the same computer (except for the processor) as the AV690 with the SAME cable tuner.

The status lights are working on the tuner... everything is green. I had the M-card activated before getting the tuner card. When the M-card is swapped for the one in my Motorola HD cable box, it works fine so I know the card is activated.

Anyone have any suggestions at all?
