Have you previously changed the DVD region? If so, you may have used up all the allowed changes (only 5).

The easiest way to check is to go to Device Manager, DVD / CD ROM drives, and look at the DVD region tab on the properties of your TS-L632D. If your remaining changes is 0 then you are stuck on the last region you used. You can also play region-free disks. You can make these using software such as DVD Shrink (which can also make a copy onto your HDD and play it from there).
