I know already: graphics cards cannot be upgraded. That's not what I'm talking about. My laptop's graphics card is a GeForce Go 7200, and I'm not looking to play anything like Supreme Commander at nigh-max settings.

Recently I called the shop I bought my laptop from. The associate there said that I would have to insert a (it sounded like PCI) card into the expansion slot on the side of my laptop. The only such slot, though, is the ExpressCard slot.

    So my questions are:

-Are there ExpressCards, or any other cards/accessories, that offer video power/video RAM upgrades?
-What sort of card was the associate referring to?
-Are there any other things I can do to improve video performance on my laptop, aside from general things like updating my video drivers?

The ASUS XG Station and MSI Exilium are options but they've just been vapourware for beta samples. No idea on release or the possible benefits, as the ExpressCard slot still limits quite a bit of bandwidth.

The associate was misinformed. Once you're stuck with an integrated or low-end video card, there's not really an option but to buy a new computer. Your current laptop is stuck playing older games.
