    ok so i looked at the "safely Remove Hardware" thing and I see my eternal is there. But why can't I see the drive in My Computer? Is there another way to open the drive??

    also tried it on my friends computer running xp and the same thing happened. it installs the drivers and says its there when he clicks safely remove hardware, but it doesnt appear on the my computer screen. :(

    Start -> Run -> Diskmgmt.msc

    Needs to be partitioned/formatted.

    nice buy, rosewill external cases are great. aluminum, quiet fan, excellent cooling, esata etc... so rad!
