    CPU idle: 40-45c
    CPU load: 70-80c

    GPU idle 50-55c
    GPU load 70-80c

    HD temp: 35-55c

Aslong as your in those figures or even cooler your fine.

You can't compare desktop computer temperatures with the temperatures of a notebook computer.
50C for your CPU is fine.

You can make your laptop run cooler.
Check out the undervolting guide. You can make your laptop cpu run more efficiently without using as much power. This does not affect performance at all.

If you have a dell you can use i8kfangui to control the fans in your laptop. It works on all but the nex xps 1330 and 1530 notebooks.
If you have a clevo rebrand desktop replacement, press FN+F1 or FN+F2 to crank the fans up to full speed.
