Q92: 266x9
Q93: 266x9.5
If your BIOS locked the multi option then get Q92. -
does it makes difference?
appreciate for your kind reply but
im still wondering
what do you meen by multi option? -
I'm using a Q9200 right now. Basically the Q9200 runs at 2.4GHz (266 FSB x 9 multiplier), QX9300 runs at 2.53 GHz (266 FSB x 9.5 multiplier). I changed mine from a P9700 @ 2.8GHz to my Q9200 @ 2.4GHz. It's been great as far as gaming performance, but battery life and heat (i.e. fan speeds) take a major hit. I use a program called "CPUGenie" that manages my CPU voltages to keep temperatures under control.
