Im going to buy a m1530

Can you guys explain me the difference between Integrated Sound Blaster Audigy HD Software Edition and High Definition Audio 2.0?

Is it worth to pay 25$ for the integrated sound blaster...?

The extra 25 gets you a software that optimizes your sound "chip". Though it is only software, you can tell the difference

I would get it but I play with music apps beyond mp3's. Like mixing and such Guitar pro. If you only convert to mp3's or download them does not matter. $25 not a lot of money.

    Hi,

I have installed Windows Vista Business 64 bit and since then I am having trouble with the Sound Blaster Audigy HD software edition. Could you please tell me what is the work around? It is not getting installed and while installation throwing an error saying "Please install the audio driver first", though I have the audio driver installed already.

Also if someone can help on the Finger print reader application (not driver) for Vista 64 bit it would of great help. I guess it is an application from UPEK called PS QL or so. I may be wrong.

    - Joy.

Forget about the software. It's a real drain on the system's resources and if you're only running it with the notebook's speakers, you will not be able to tell the difference.
