    I'm looking for a 2.5" 7mm hard disk.

I need something with lots of space (500gb - 1tb+)

Only thing I can find is 320GB momentus thin.

    Any ideas ?

I may just get one if it's high enough capacity along with mSATA SSD for a X220.

You're pretty much stuck with 320GB max for 7mm for the next little while. It is possible to fit 500GB in 7mm but there doesn't seem to be a significant market for 7mm drives, so if you need more, you might have to wait for a few months. Your best bet would be to get a portable 1TB drive or even 1.5TB drive (Seagate).
