    Folks,

    I am looking for a NAS device for home usage. Here are my recommendations:

    * Hot swappable
    * At least 2 bays (prefer 4)
    * Ability for me to replace hard drive
    * BUDGET - Below $200

    Any recommendations? Is there a good web site for researching?

    TIA

    Below $200 with the spec you wanted is pretty much impossible.

    I told my cousin to get one from Buffalo Technology, they bought the LinkStation Pro Duo 1 TB model, it has 2 x 500 GB HDDs, can be configured in RAID-0 or RAID-1. The built-in software is very good and easy to use. You can get one for under $300.

    They have other models with more HDD bays, but no way can be under $200.
