    How can I Listen FM via my laptop

    USB TV Tuner with FM Support.

    Not sure about Singapore prices and stock availbality, but if you are in Australia, I will recommend:

    Compro VideoMate U2600F
    -USB 2.0 Digital/Analogue Hybrid TV Stick w/FM, Capture, Remote +Antenna

    Maybe a small radio connect to the "line in" port on your laptop then broadcast the input through your laptop speakers. That's probably the cheapest and the most reliable way to do it.

    you can use the tv tuner with the FM support . connect it to the usb port and use it.
    there is no internal device which gives the FM function in the laptop.
