I'm interested in the manufacturer/model number and/or the color gamut, nits, and contrast ratio?
Thanks
P.S. It's a g74sx-bbk8 (1600 x 900 17.3, glossy).

You can also use HWiNFO for that - it lists Monitor Name and Serial number which you can google for and find all the necessary information.

Thanks all, I'll give it a shot.

An easy way to find the manufacturer and model (but not nits/ratio/gamut) is in Device Manager, where you go to Monitors, select the 'Generic PnP Monitor', right click and select properties > details > hardware ids, and it will usually show the manufacturer and model number.
