I am just curious as to make sure I actually got what I paid for. How can I make sure my video card is what I think?

If you go into device manager it will say which it is. The V5000z comes with the 200m as in your sig.

Click start, then control panel, system, click the hardware tab and then device manager. It is listed under display adapters.
