I am kinda new in hardware, so can you please help me in copper modding my dell xps m1530 because the temperatures are terrible.I want to know how can I do it step by step.
Is it reliable?
Is it safe to do this?(I don't have any practical knowledge about laptop)

If done right, there's no reason it shouldn't be safe. But the ultimate evaluation of "safety" should honestly be left up to the modder... in the sense that if you don't think you can do the mod well, you may not think it safe, etc.

If you aren't very comfortable working with delicate pieces of electronics, I would suggest you not do it. It is VERY easy to break your laptop if you aren't practiced with doing things like that, or are slightly clumsy or don't have a very good attention to detail.
It is possible, it isn't THAT hard if you've got some good mechanical aptitude, but it is by no means foolproof, and you're taking your warranty and machine into your own hands when you do it. That means if you screw up, you'll have a broken machine and have to buy a new one. Are you sure enough of your skills to take that risk, or have enough money to buy a new machine in case it fails?
