Hi,
I mostly work with Macs (desktop) but I do have a Toshiba older laptop in great condition.
I'm trying to figure out if this laptop can be made WiFi capable, so the computer consultant asked me a few questions about the computer. Some I know the answers - I'll find the model I suppose somewhere on the computer, I know it's running on 95/98 Windows and he asked me the RAM.
Step by step, how do I find out how much RAM this laptop has. I simply don't know how!
Also, in regards to making the laptop Wifi capable, he told me about a part that I might have to order to put in the side of my laptop. It does have an ethernet port on the side,so I'm assuming it's that. I'm wondering how easy if might be to do myself or pay the consultant to do it.
First things first, how do I find how much RAM I have on this laptop?
Thanks.

You should be able to check by going into Control Panel -> System Properties (or whatever it was called). Amount of RAM should be stated there.

Hi Hirohata,
I was exploring my laptop last night, and found it exactly where you told me it was. Thank anyway, though!
Trudijane -
downloading cpuz and running it is another way of finding out as well.
How do I find my RAM on my laptop?
