    Hello,

I have Coolmaster GeminII and MSI motherboard, MS-7860, I-3 Sandy... Although this fan is suppose to be quiet, it's extremely loud because it runs 100% for some reason. I tried to control my fan speed through my motherboard but couldn't because there are no options. I tried cpufan program but couldn't because this is 4 pin.

    HELP!

Are you sure the fan connector is seated correctly?
