    Without opening up the laptop?

I know my model is Intel, CPU-z shows that but it doesn't show the model number or part number? How do you fix this?

CPUz should also 'hint' at the Motherboard you have - did you look at the other tabs?

Here is how to do it for toshiba:

    1. Check the model number on the bottom of your notebook.
    2. Go here:
    http://tosh.empr.com.au/toshiba_parts.asp?cID=6&toshL=1&cNa=Notebooks

    3.Then select your notebook.
    4. Select your model number (that you found on the bottom of your notebook).
    5. click on "Main Board Assembly".

Then you will see a lot of info about your motherboard, part # inc.
