    How do you read the Intel RAM validation table?

    I'm looking at getting some 4GB Samsung M471B5273BH1-CH9 modules for a friend's laptop here. I found the Intel table to make sure they will work, but I can't decipher it at all. The one I'm looking at is second from the bottom, it's r/c rating is "F".

    Does anyone know what to make of this? He has a w860cu and wants to put two of them in.

    shouldnt all 1333 ram work with the sager 8690?
