The 9300 is the 8400 so this should be a little bit under the level of the 8400 but still much better than what intel is offering....

yea, the gpu guide lists the 9300 as roughly equal to the 8400, but what about the 9200?

    3D Mark 2006 scores :
    ATi 3470 : 1959
    NVIDIA 9300M GS : 1916
    NVIDIA 9200M GS : 1623
    NVIDIA 8400M GS : 1380
    Intel GMA 4500MHD : 1027
    Intel GMA X3100 : 522

NOTE: I think these are average benchmark scores based on several laptops they have reviewed + user submitted results. Since CPU, RAM and OS are not consistent, these results do not give a very accurate comparison, especially for cards that are from different generations/ periods of time. According to above benchmarks 8400M GS falls below 9200M but I don't think that is the case (since 9200M GS is relatively new, most notebooks having 9200M cards have better CPUs, and better overall components compared to those with 8400M s, since these components also impact the 3D Mark score, 9200M will have a higher average score than 8400M, even tho the card it self is not faster).
