Anyone know anything, Samsung does not care about marketing their mSATA SSD's for the retail market.
I know Crucial has not announced anything yet in terms of a mSATA SSD lineup but I think sooner or later they join the bandwagon.

I dont think intel is releasing a 120gb msata drive, at least this year, seems their refresh is 40/80gb still.
I think your best bet is to try to get an Samsung 128gb. -
How and where to grab the Samsung 128GB?
What's Intel's refresh mSATA "Paint Creek", any changes?
Edit:
I guess I'll wait for the 25nm Intel "Paint Creek", hopefully the Intel 320's firmware bug has been ironed out and does not follow onto the 3xy "Paint Creek".
I can work on 80GB (74GB) with about 40GB after everything is installed, I've my 500GB partitioned as 74GB for the main OS and application's for the last month just to test my usage. However, I want 120GB for some games thus why I asked.
Thanks for the link, -
From everything I have read, the Sammys are not out and won't be in the immediate future for us. But they do look pretty good, don't they? I have the 80gb intel 310mSata and sure would be happy with 120-128GB, but will stay with the 310 until something reliable comes along. BTW, Paint Creek is a mSata, not related to the 320. It will be a 25nm mSata, replacing the 34nm 310 mSata, which does not have the issues of the 320, which is Sata. Sorry, it is late, so I hope I didn't confuse the issue.

Thanks Abidderman, just what I wanted to hear on Paint Creek. I can grab a 310 right now but I may as well wait for Paint Creek since it's close to release.
I'm expecting late September into early October for Paint Creek to show up, since that's when the 4th quarter end of the fiscal year starts and 8 months into the 310's release. -
Glad to be of service, and I agree with you, I would wait at this point. Good luck, and if you get it, please come on here and let us know how it does.
How long of a wait for Intel or Crucial 120GB mSATA SSD?
