    Newegg offers the T9600, but I want the 25w CPU if I choose the slower chip.

    I just bought a T9900 from computerupgradekings, and I would highly recommend this seller. The processor is the production model, not an ES. I am not sure how comfortable you are buying from ebay, but I he definitely has my vote.
