I do no gaming and use notebook for Internet surfing, simple spreadsheets, simple writing and screen video capturing with audio. Is the T2080 enough? Or will I notice any difference between a T2080 and a T5300?

The Pentium Dual Core T2080 should be fine for those basic task you listed(i I believe video/screen capturing can get CPU intensive so it might hurt there).

Also how much ram are you getting?

Video Capture is indeed cpu and hdd intensive unless your doing low resolutions.
