Any DDR3 1600MHz RAM with a lifetime warranty will do - no appreciable difference in any real world 'benchmark'.

Ram speed will primarily affect the performance of an integrated gpu (and even then, the 'improvements' can be marginal at best - though if IGP performance is important to you, then lower timings and higher the RAM speed will help indeed).
As for wanting a laptop to last a long time... well, in such a scenario, more RAM would be better (something along the lines of 16GB).
Any brand would do - just make sure all RAM sticks are identical (to ensure compatibility - even though this is not strictly necessary).
If you are getting a new laptop and can select more RAM as an option... don't.
Laptop manufacturers love to overcharge for RAM upgrades when doing it on their websites.
Its usually a lot cheaper to get your own RAM in a computer store of your choosing. -

Those are both DDR3-1600 ... there will be no difference. Even if there was a difference in speed as noted, it wouldn't be noticeable. So just get the default. I'd get Corsair if I were buying RAM aftermarket, however.
Guidelines for buying RAM aftermarket are that it's A) from a reputable brand and B) that it has a lifetime warranty. -
I've been using Crucial for the past eight years and have yet to have a problem with them. For speed though you may want to look into Kingston as they just released some RAM that runs 2133MHz.
How much and what kind of RAM shoud i get?
