I have a Toshiba L850-11V which originally had these specs
Intel Core i3-2350M
4GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
500GB 5400RPM HDD
AMD Radeon 7670M
and now it has these specs
Intel Core i5-3340M
8GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
128GB Crucial M4 SSD
AMD Radeon 7670M
However, it's been dropped with an SD card and earphones in, so the SD card reader doesn't work, nor do the aux-in/out jacks. In fact when I took it apart to replace the CPU, I removed the actual jacks (the plastic bits inside) so they wouldn't rattle about inside. Everything else works perfectly and it's in great condition.
Now I'm thinking about getting a new laptop, but I'm not sure if I should sell this one as is, or sell the upgraded components seperately and sell the laptop with the original components.
Which would be the best option?

I would remove the SSD and sell it as is for parts. With a damaged SD reader and damaged audio ports, you're gonna have trouble selling it to a mainstream user. It's going to need a new motherboard.

If I was just selling it for parts, I'd just throw in the stock components and keep the upgrades for a future project, or sell them separately. It's up to you though.

Agree with Kosti. Restore the laptop to stock configuration (as much as possible), and sell the laptop as-is. Your buyer will either be someone who needs a very inexpensive laptop, and is willing to accept the fact that some features don't work; or it will be someone who will salvage that laptop for parts.
Sell the remaining parts on eBay. You won't get much money for any of this stuff, but it will get you more money than if you sold your laptop in its current condition: upgraded in some areas, defective in other areas.
How should I sell an upgraded laptop?
