my laptop has 250GB HD, it was partitioned, the C: has 221 GB and D: has 11GB

i want to balance these two, meaning i want to allocate at least a 100GB to EACH drives.

can i do this without reformating or reinstallling everything?

please help. thanks a whole lot.
