I have 1 gig of RAM (see my sig). I want to put another stick of RAM inside to get 2 gigs.
besides opening up the system, how can I ID the exact RAM I have so I can buy the same thing??

CPUz shows the brand of most types of memory and the parameters on all types of memory.

Both are great suggestions. I suggest you go with CPUz first as its doesn't need to be installed. If CPUz tells you nothing, then go with EVEREST.
