    Hi to all!

I would add 2 new fans in my Clevo P170EM

To do this, I need 2 heatpipe 12v 0.5A and a place to connect them.
I thought at the following locations :

    - msata port
    Or
    - DVI port

Namely the plate below will be replaced with one designed by a colleague
This new plate will increase the volume to about 5 cm

Is there someone who knows electronics that can tell me if this is possible without killing anything lik motherboard or anybody who knows other solution to this possible ?

Thank you in advance for your answers

it would be nice if you could explain better what are you exactly trying to do.
12V? why 12V? not going to happen. use 5V fans instead.
imo don't touch the motherboard if you don't want to fry it. just mod a mini pci-e card instead.
but if you are making a new cooler why don't you just use the same connector the stock cooler uses?
