I just bought Fujitsu T4215, it's a core 2 duo, how to check if it's Meron chip ?
I believe Meron is 64Bit chip ? wrong ?

All Core 2 Duo cpus are based on Merom. You can use a utility like CPU-Z( http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php) which will list the specs on the cpu, memory etc..
Merom is 32/64 bit capable. -
but I read ssomewhere on the forum saying that not all core 2 duo is meron, or 64 bit.
I guess I'm wrong.

AMD has had 64bit chips for a few years now. Pretty much everyting with 64 at the end of the name is 64bit.
and Yes it is native. -
the old Core Duo wasnt 64bit but the new Core 2 Duo Merom is. and so far all C2D's are Merom chips
