isn't there an instruction in the manual that came with the laptop?

if not then... i think there is an article in the internet, a step-by-step guide of how to dissamble it. this is the best that i can find from google at the momment; there is an instruction on how to get the instruction from dell support website. http://www.laptoprepairguy.com/laptop/2006/01/31/dell-service-manuals/
