Craigslist is FULL of scammers. I believe it is a waste of time because you cannot validate any of their credibility. Ebay has a seller/buyer rating along with the feedbacks which makes it much more reliable. 8 out of 10 emails I got from craigslist were undoubtedly scammers, which are easily assumed because of there similarly generated emails.

I wouldn't use it, I did, and it didn't work.

ebay, although not free, will save you money in the long run

Lol craigslists scammers are easy to catch. 3 tellings signs:

    1) They have their full name in the email. Usually people will not identify themselves in the first email.
    2) It is always name.nameXX with the XX being some numbers.
    3) They talk like robots.

Also, they all live in Manchester, UK and are away for school or business.

I hate scammers! If people would to business the right way there would be no crap like this.
I got scammed a few days ago when I tried to sell my WoW account. I was stupid enough to fall for it though so it's kinda my own fault by it still made me pissed. Luckily enough you noticed the fake email which is good.
