How to determine Intel Chipset for T43 (e.g. 940GML or 945GM/PM)?

I went to upgrade the memory on my T43 and found that I could get either 2GB or 4GB depending on my Intel Chipset:

2GB Notebooks with the Intel 940GML chipset
4GB Notebooks with the Intel 945GM/PM chipset

    Great...but I can't figure out which chipset I have.

Does anyone know how to determine this? I don't have any of the documentation from the purchase of my laptop and need to get it from the laptop itself.

    Thanks in advance,
    Anthony

    T43 has a 915PM, which supports up to 2GB.

    Thanks Charr,

I should have also stated that my model # is a 2669, but the info you sent me was for a 2687-D3U

Could you point me to the same info but for a 2669?

    Thanks again,
    Anthony

    Thanks Fabrati,

That pointed me in the right direction.

CPU-Z didn't provide the chipset info, but it did tell me the xxx details for my T43 2669-xxx. Turns out my T43 is a 2669-44U which must have the Intel 940GML chipset as it only supports 2GB of RAM...as I eventually found on IBMRamFinder.com using the "44U" info I got from CPU-Z.

    Thanks for everyone's help!
