One of my USB ports became a little wiggly and loose after I accidentally knocked the receiver that was plugged into it. How can I fix this or tighten it back up?

open it up and start soldering

What needs soldering?

Duct tape and "crazy glue", just kidding I have never done, soldering sounds correct but am surprised it still works if solders have come loose.

yep. Must of been the outer shroud/metal cage around the connector, this is soldered directly to a ground point and even if it's loose it doesn't affect connectivity. Ever seen those super thin USB drives that don't have the metal shroud ontop? see below:
.
Unfortunately the only way to properly fix it is to solder that back onto the main board, but I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
