    I am downright desperate. I have posted 3 questions already, but nobody gave me a proper tutoring yet. I own HP EliteBook 8760w, and I am soon going to upgrade from NVIDIA Quadro 3000M to NVIDIA GeForce 980M. However, I've heard that a BIOS flash is necessary in order to make the desired GPU compatible. For context, look up these two posts ( here and here). If you manage to help me, I'll owe you BIG TIME. Please, I really don't want to waste my money on something that won't even work. :(
